WE REJECT THE TRAITOR RULERS
RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم said,
إني لا أخاف على أمتي إلا الأئمة المضلِّين
“I do not fear for my Ummah except for the misguided leaders” We, the citizens of Pakistan, condemn the traitor rulers for the following crimes against Islam and Muslims:
1. Opening the doors for American private military organizations, who perpetrate killings and bombings in the public places, the places of worship, the schools, the security and army installations and the markets to create an atmosphere of Fitna.
2. Granting America air force facilities within Pakistan with US drones collapsing houses on the heads of the Muslims in the tribal areas.
3. Ensuring that American military officers now walk through Pakistan Army’s General Head Quarters, whilst US marines are stationed in Baluchistan, near the Chaman border.
4. Allowing American intelligence to direct their terrorist operations, whilst sitting in truck containers, with air-conditioning units visible in the summer.
5. Allowing US embassies and consulates to function as fortifications through which American officials order and forbid the traitor rulers.
6. Securing a supply line that to provide the American crusaders with food, wine and weapons including explosive materials., both within Afghanistan and Pakistan.
7. Sacrificing our soldiers for the sake of America’s war in Afghanistan and the Tribal Areas, whilst weakening the support for the Muslims of Kashmir, denying their right for liberation and their strengthening through annexation to the vast lands of the Islamic Ummah.
8. Denying tens of millions of Muslims their basic economic needs due to the implementation of the exploitative capitalist economic system, despite the immense resources of Pakistan, including coal, gold and copper. 9. Undermining Islam and seeking to ruin our youth, by allowing the colonialist institutions to defile the education syllabus, under the banner of education reform, and Western companies to propagate their filthy culture, under the banner of marketing and cultural festivals.
WE DEMAND THE KHILAFAH SYSTEM
RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم said, إِنَّمَا الْإِمَامُ جُنَّةٌ يُقَاتَلُ مِنْ وَرَائِهِ وَيُتَّقَى بِهِ
“Indeed, the Khaleefah is a shield, from behind whom you fight and by whom you are protected.” (Muslim)
The traitor rulers are able to perpetrate their treason and collaboration with the enemy America in both democracy and dictatorship because both systems implement the whims and desires of an elite corrupt group, backed by the colonialist masters. There is nothing to hold them to Islam as they can change the laws as they will, without any heed to the commands and forbiddings of Allah سبحانه و تعالى and His Messenger صلى الله عليه و سلم.
The Khilafah alone will restore this Ummah to its rightful place:
1. He will end all forms of co-operation with the American crusaders and expel both their diplomatic and military staff from Muslim Lands, closing their embassies, consulates, bases and intelligence offices.
2. He will cut all supplies to the cowardly crusaders, so that they die their own death at the hands of the brave Muslims of the tribal areas and Afghanistan.
3. He will work to unify all the Muslim countries as the single most resourceful state in the world, liberating the occupied lands of Kashmir, Palestine, Chechnya amongst others.
4. He will end the private ownership of the public properties, such as oil, gas and minerals, and use their immense revenue to benefit all the citizens of the Khilafah, providing affordable energy and fuel.
5. He will end all forms of usury based debt servicing to the colonialist institutions and establishing the Islamic system of revenues which brings relief for the poor and takes only from those who are not needy and not beyond what they can bear, thereby ending the crippling General Taxes.
6. He will establish a heavy industry for machine and engine manufacture, generating millions of jobs and ending technological dependence on the kuffar.
7. He will carry the Message of Islam as a shining light in the darkness and misery of global capitalism and raise the word of Allah as the highest, calling the whole of humankind to embrace the justice and truth of Islam.
WE CALL UPON THE ARMED FORCES TO GRANT NUSSRAH TO Hizb ut-Tahrir FOR THE ESTABLISHMENT OF KHILAFAH
RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم said, إنَّ النَّاسَ إَذا رَأوُا الظَّالِمَ فَلمْ يَأْخُذُوا عَلى يَدَيْهِ أوْشَكَ أن يَعُمَّهُمُ اللَّهُ بعِقَاب
If the people witness an oppressor and they do not take him by his hands (to prevent him) then they are close to Allah covering them all with punishment.” [Abu Dawud, Tirmidhi, ibn Majah]
Islam and its state the Khilafah will never come through elections to install a democratic assembly or coups to install a dictator, they will come through the appointment of a Khaleefah and an elected Majlis-e-Ummah. Hereby we call upon the armed forces of Pakistan to perform their duty. The sincere amongst them must uproot the traitor rulers and establish the Khilafah by giving the Nussrah (Material Support) to Hizb ut-Tahrir. This step is according to the method that RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم undertook and it is the only method that his Ummah can take in order for success in this life and the next. The Ansar رضي الله عنهم, the strong and capable fighting force, granted the Nussrah to RasulAllah صلى الله عليه و سلم in the Second Pledge of Aqabah, the Pledge of Men, the Pledge of War, which led to the establishment of the first Islamic State in Madinah Munawarah. It is these Ansar رضي الله عنهم that Allah سبحانه و تعالى was pleased with, who changed the tide of history in favour of the oppressed Muslims and ushered in the era of the Khilafah Rashida.
WE PLEDGE TO CONTINUE
We pledge to continue our struggle against the traitor rulers and demand from the Ansar of today to deliver the Khilafah, until Allah سبحانه و تعالى decides that He will send the Nasr. وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ * بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ “And on that day the believers will rejoice, with the victory of Allah. He gives victory to whom He wills, and he is the Mighty, the Merciful.” [Surah al-Rum 30:4-5]
