Question about Participation in Saudi Protests - despite the lapdogs of Bilad al Haramayn

Q 1:

All that would lead today to the fall of these systems or limiting their influence and its might is obligatory not be absent for ..

The Taghi (false idols) have dominated the legislation and wreaked havoc on earth and ransacked homes and humiliated the slaves, so there should not be wasting any chance to get rid of them ..

And participating in demonstrations against these regulations and the duty of every Muslim who is able, otherwise let him consider himself a traitor to his religion and a traitor to his ummah and even a traitor to himself ..

Bilad al Haramayn is no different from Islamic countries in this case but that the Saudi regime is one of the most brutal regimes in the suppression of the people and the most loyal worker of the West ..

Stability for them means to stabilize the Saudi regime in tampering with slaves and the country forever and unto the ages ..

And to settle the bases and soldiers of America in Muslim countries, to kill at will, and to loot what they want ...

And the True Scholars, the callers to truth, remain in the prisons of the Saudi regime...

So we should not hesitate to protest against this system in order to overthrow it or reduce its dominance.

Try to go out without friction with him if possible, otherwise there is no obedience to any creature in disobedience.

There is a difference between the kufr chants and the calls against shariah.
Kufr chanting is an invitation to secularism and removing religion and to naturalize the application of kufr laws Such as: saying: (a civil state, not religious) and they say: (religion to God, and the country for all)

The chants, which are against the shariah in it is violation but it does not reach the level of kufr, such as saying: (national campaign –hamalatun waatania), this logo is against the shariah.

And one may not participate in any way with demonstrations where the slogan is shirk.

If the chants of irregularities do not amount to kufr then considers the corrupting effects of underdevelopment on these demonstrations and tolerate the lesser of two evils in order to avoid the greater harm.

And demonstrations in which all people are expected to be where some of the offenses and the demonstrators are not in fact only a mirror and a microcosm of the people and the level of its commitment to religion or other methods of commitment.

The objective should be to preserve the two commands:
1 - to have their own gatherings with the shouting of legitimate slogans
2 - to retire from the owners of those haram slogans and demonstrate in another area away from them.

We hope the brothers in the Bilad al-Haramayn carry out demonstrations and sit-ins similar to those carried out by our brothers in Jordan ...

And are able to break the barrier set up by the system and the elderly before the demonstration.

And when is it permissible for me to kill the security men?

Demonstrations should always comply with a peaceful nature unless there are dangerous developments.

The security forces that protect the tyrants in Muslim countries are not an objective or target in themselves.. these tyrants are protected by them ...

If the group found these mujahideen fighting the apostate rulers in a structured framework then there is nothing wrong in targeting all of their supporters so to fight and repel them ...

As the face of regimes and their armies individually there is no point in it...

But in the case of self-defense it is always prescribed for the victim to ward off the attacker.

Bangsa ini Harus Segera Bertobat

Assalâmu‘alaikum wa rahmatullâhi wa barakâtuh.

Pembaca yang budiman, negeri ini seolah menjadi negeri segudang bencana; baik bencana alam maupun bencana kemanusiaan. Bencana alam ada yang bersifat alamiah karena faktor alam (seperti gempa, tsunami, dll), tetapi juga ada yang karena faktor manusia (seperti banjir, kerusakan lingkungan, pencemaran karena limbah industri, dll). Adapun bencana kemanusiaan seperti kemiskinan, kelaparan serta terjadinya banyak kasus kriminal (seperti korupsi, suap-menyuap, pembunuhan, perampokan, pemerkosaan, maraknya aborsi, penyalahgunaan narkoba, dll) adalah murni lebih disebabkan karena ulah manusia. Itu belum termasuk kezaliman para penguasa yang dengan semena-mena menerapkan berbagai UU yang justru menyengsarakan rakyat seperti UU Migas, UU SDA, UU Listrik, UU Penanaman Modal, UU BHP, dll. UU tersebut pada kenyataannya lebih untuk memenuhi nafsu segelintir para pemilik modal ketimbang berpihak pada kepentingan rakyat.

Pertanyaannya: Mengapa semua ini terjadi? Bagaimana pula seharusnya bangsa ini bersikap? Apa yang mesti dilakukan? Haruskah kita menyikapi semua ini dengan sikap pasrah dan berdiam diri karena menganggap semua itu sebagai ’takdir’?

Tentu tidak demikian. Pasalnya, harus disadari, bahwa berbagai bencana dan musibah yang selama ini terjadi lebih banyak merupakan akibat kemungkaran dan kemaksiatan yang telah merajalela di negeri ini. Semua itu tidak lain sebagai akibat bangsa ini telah lama mencampakkan syariah Allah dan malah menerapkankan hukum-hukum kufur di negeri ini.

Karena itu, momentum akhir tahun ini tampaknya bisa digunakan oleh seluruh komponen bangsa ini untuk melakukan muhâsabah, koreksi diri, sembari dengan penuh kesadaran dan kesungguhan melakukan upaya untuk mengatasi berbagai persoalan yang melanda negeri ini. Tampaknya bangsa ini harus segera bertobat dengan segera menerapkan hukum-hukum Allah SWT secara total dalam seluruh aspek kehidupan mereka. Maka dari itu, perjuangan untuk menegakan syariah Islam di negeri ini tidak boleh berhenti, bahkan harus terus ditingkatkan dan dioptimalkan. Sebab, sebagai Muslim kita yakin, bahwa hanya syariah Islamlah—dalam wadah Khilafah—yang bisa memberikan kemaslahatan bagi negeri ini, bahkan bagi seluruh alam raya ini.

Itulah di antara perkara penting yang dipaparkan dalam tema utama al-wa‘ie kali ini, selain sejumlah tema penting lainnya. Selamat membaca!
