After Ben Ali and Mubarak, 3rd tyrant Gaddafi falls and rest are on their way, with Allah’s Permission!
بسم الله الرحمن الرحيم
O Muslims, O our people in Libya!
Alhamdulillah that Allah has broken the back of the tyrant, brutal murderer and terrorizer of women and children. Alhamdulillah that your pure blood has produced good and crushed another tyrant, who fell in humiliation, censure and rejection. Alhamdulillah that this was done in the month of victories, the month of goodness and blessings, the great month of Ramadhan.
Your blood was spilled, your sacrifice was great, your prayers were raised, so Allah Al-Qawwi, Al-Aziz answered you. He overthrew the tyrant and granted you a reward and victory:
قَالَ عَسَى رَبُّكُمْ أَنْ يُهْلِكَ عَدُوَّكُمْ وَيَسْتَخْلِفَكُمْ فِي الْأَرْضِ فَيَنْظُرَ كَيْفَ تَعْمَلُونَ
“He said: May Allah, your Creator, reduce your enemy into a useless form and designate you the successors in the land, and then He shall see how you conduct yourselves in life.” [Surah Al-Araaf 7:129]
So prove yourselves good to Allah; discard the man-made laws, which grant legislation for people instead of the Lord of all humankind and announce with raised voices the Rule of Allah upon the earth, the state of Islam, the Khilafah. The State that will restore the days when you led armies of conquest, soldiers of the Khilafah, noble knights of victory and martyrdom.
Renounce with raised voices the earthly tyrants that are with America and Europe, who are competing with each other to exert their power on the new government, after the tyrant. They began this competition a long time ago, so beware of them and do not grant them any authority in the country of the Mujahideen, land of the memorizers of the Noble Qur’an,
وَلَنْ يَجْعَلَ اللَّهُ لِلْكَافِرِينَ عَلَى الْمُؤْمِنِينَ سَبِيلًا
“And Allah does not permit the Believers to grant the Kafireen authority over them.” [Surah an-Nisa'a 4:141]

The contemporary does not lie to his own people, Hizb ut-Tahrir is your adviser, it is from you and for you. Beware of the plots of Europe and America, their henchmen, their agents, and beware of their rotten secular projects, under the banner of various names, such as secular dictatorship or democracy or capitalism. All of them are on falsehood, they are nothing before Truth, rather they are the road to an oppression, such as the one you ended by shedding your blood. Give Nussrah to Hizb ut-Tahrir through the declaration of the Ruling by Islam, the Khilafah Rashida that pleases Allah, His Messenger and the Believers. Only then neither your blood nor sacrifice will have been lost in vain, rather that blood will exult you, those sacrifices will acclaim you and Allah will be proud of you before those around him.
وَيَوْمَئِذٍ يَفْرَحُ الْمُؤْمِنُونَ
بِنَصْرِ اللَّهِ يَنْصُرُ مَنْ يَشَاءُ وَهُوَ الْعَزِيزُ الرَّحِيمُ
“And upon that day the believiers will rejoice at the Victory from Allah, He gives victory to whom He wills, and He is Al-Azeez, Ar-Raheem.” [Surah ar-Rum 30:4,5]
